I acknowledge that Raja Matangi Private Limited will provide “Ulchemy” programs requiring both physical and mental exertion on my behalf. I will at all times act within my own level of comfort, taking particular care of my injury or complaint that I carry when participating.

I acknowledge that Ulchemy program contains both physical and dynamic practice that requires both mental and physical focus in order to avoid potential injury, and that injury and soreness are a real and material risk in every program. I will always keep Raja Matangi Private Limited informed of my comfort levels and will immediately cease any activity if I become uncomfortable with my condition.

I acknowledge that Raja Matangi Private Limited is providing guidance based on the experience and education of its teachers, and no way do they claim to be medical practitioners. It is my responsibility to decide to follow or not to follow the advice and guidance given by Raja Matangi Private Limited, and in no way do I hold Raja Matangi Private Limited responsible for any injury or soreness acquired while undertaking the practices taught in the Ulchemy program.

I hereby commit that the information that I have provided is accurate and fully reveals the nature of my state of health as of the date of this document. In addition I undertake to inform continuously Raja Matangi Private Limited of any changes to my health status whilst attending the Ulchemy Program.

I acknowledge that the fees paid to Raja Matangi Private Limited is non-refundable and non-transferable.

I agree to the statement above and I am fully responsible for any consequences and willing to compensate any loss or damage caused to the organization.

Terms & Conditions

1. Registration. Each ticket admits one person and is non-transferable. Fees are non-refundable. Please register every attendee separately.

2. Conduct. Participants are expected to attend both days in full and to maintain a respectful environment for fellow practitioners. Matangi Foundation reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose conduct disrupts the program.

3. Recording. Audio, video or photographic recording of the sessions by participants is not permitted. Official recordings, where made, remain the property of Matangi Foundation.

4. Health. The program involves seated practice and movement. If you have a serious medical condition, please consult your physician before registering and inform our team in writing at the time of registration.

5. Liability. Matangi Foundation is not liable for personal belongings, loss, injury or expense incurred travelling to or from the venue. The venue’s standard parking and safety rules apply.

6. Privacy. Your contact details are used only for ticket delivery, reminders and follow-up about this and related programs. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

7. Changes. Matangi Foundation may change the venue, time or speakers in case of force majeure; participants will be notified by WhatsApp at the registered number.
